Welcome to the last Blogspot of 2017-that year went so quickly.It has been a busy and interesting year with a great variation in work-as the Blogspot has shown.

We look forward to our new projects in 2018.

Below we have the finished handrails to front steps,finished black gloss paint.

This picture is the twisted bar detail on the above handrail.

The above handrail completes the project featured in the October Blogspot,bare metal to completed handrail. 

  

 The pictures below form part of our major project-this is a folded metal tread staircase which has now been fixed on site-in the coming months professional photographs will be produced once the project has been completed.

October already and the darker evenings have arrived,this month we have been busy with various projects which are below:

This month has been quiet with fabrication as new projects line up for October.
All of the workshop is organised as always, and machinery maintenance has been carried out.
Our short holiday seems a distant memory......BUT....the inquiries have been many so we are now busy with handrails and gates etc.

So until October blogspot where the completed projects will be shown.............

August 2017-metal handrails for stairs,internal metal staircase,metal gate-croydon and putney area

August already-time has flown by,below are the completed projects and a new bare metal to finished project....

Metal staircase being manufactured in the workshop,treads are folded sheet.

Completed staircase with top landing balustrade.

Our Customer's gate was stolen for scrap!-this nice new one has been fitted and will stop any opportunists!-try and lift this one off.

Finished black gloss,arch top and a few scrolls-very smart and secure. 

This gate has been fitted to stop fly tipping in the alleyway-an everyday problem but this will solve it.

Finished black matt paint-simple design-will do the job it was made for. 

Air conditioning metal framework-again finished black matt,the builders will cover this in wood and make a smart cupboard to hide the plant and dustbins.

New handrails for a care home that supports people with learning disabilities,the old wooden one was removed by ourselves and the black gloss finished handrails installed. 

Bin store area handrail,to match front step handrail.

Mild steel market stall frames,they slot together to make the frame that is then covered with tarpaulin.

This month's bare metal to completed project is for some tie brackets for a Barn.

The picture below starts with the flat metal,drilled,and cut to form the end shape,then it is ready for bending.

The metal is placed into the bending device.

All six brackets completed.

Watch out-Christmas is coming-these are metal wreath rings for our professional florist customer who will transform these for a christmas display..

Where did June go to?now we are almost at the end of July,so as always we have a snapshot of our latest completed work contracts.......
